Dan Gabriel Manoleli 1942–2010
It is with great sorrow we inform you that Professor Dr Dan Gabriel Manoleli, Chairman of the Black Sea NGO Network, passed away. We lost a dear colleague, kind person, dedicated scientist and a tireless worker for the protection of the Black Sea environment and the development of civil society in the region.
Our most sincere condolences go to his family, relatives and friends.
